Check-in is available from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Check-out must take place by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. We kindly ask guests to respect these times to allow for proper management of arrivals and housekeeping.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including guest rooms and common areas. Failure to comply may result in additional charges for deep cleaning. Furthermore, for hygiene and organizational reasons, pets of any kind are not allowed.
Parties, private events, or gatherings that may disturb the peace and decorum of the property are not permitted. Guests are expected to behave respectfully throughout their stay, especially during evening and nighttime hours.
Each guest is responsible for taking care of their assigned room and shared spaces. Any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or installations will be assessed and charged to the responsible party. In the case of serious damage, we reserve the right to request full compensation and take legal action if necessary.
The management is not responsible for any valuables left unattended in rooms or common areas. Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings at all times.
By booking a stay at our property, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions stated above. Our aim is to offer a welcoming experience that respects the historical and cultural value of the building, and we rely on the cooperation of every guest to maintain this standard.
Data processing
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed by Palazzo Della Bianca in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, in accordance with current legislation.

Processing will be done in paper and digital form, with appropriate security measures to ensure data protection.
6. Communication and dissemination of data
Data may be communicated to third parties performing related activities (e.g., booking platforms, tax consultants, IT technicians), appointed as Data Processors. The updated list of Data Processors is available upon request by contacting the Data Controller.
7. Data Retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to ensure service and fulfill regulatory obligations, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
8. Rights of the data subject
